Carbon Pricing (Amendment) Act sets the carbon tax path
The carbon tax rises from S$5/tCO₂e to S$25 for 2024–2025 and S$45 for 2026–2027, with S$50–80 targeted by 2030. Companies may use eligible international carbon credits to offset up to 5% of taxable emissions.
